The Americolor Opera Alliance celebrates American music and culture by presenting opera stories or librettos based upon American and Afro-centric culture and experiences. It offers performance experiences and opportunities for classically trained professional and amateur artists; particularly, but not exclusively, from the Greater Atlanta area. Americolor Opera is devoted to educating young audiences about the genre of opera. The company also offers internships to selected performers.
